### Outbound lead guard (candidates only)

- `submit_actions` cleared; `email_to` emptied on `elementor_pro/forms/process` when candidate context.
- `wp_mail` filter empties `to` in candidate context.
- **Not** a Meduza mailbox sink.
- Production `melamedlaw-mail-delivery.php` present and untouched this wave (SMTP path intact).
- `generate_lead` remains in `melamedlaw-contact-owner-split.php` / `melamedlaw-fw-post-form.php` (not duplicated).

## QA (documented)

Viewports: **390, 1440** primary; also **320, 768, 1024**.  
Checked: menu 22 links; keyboard-ready submenu buttons; order header→hero→TOC→form→footer; TOC not above hero; WA only 972506789898; no Meduza sink; 482 regression shell still active; home/about/contact unchanged (no ML2 body).

Vision review (screenshot inspection): heroes differentiated (image hero on 2645; text-only on 2681/2682); navy/gold language matches 482; mobile menu + WA visible.

### Performance (documented conditions)

Headless Chrome capture with `--virtual-time-budget=8000`, no throttling profile. Not a Lab Lighthouse run — flag for follow-up if publish gate requires CWV numbers.

## Remaining gaps

1. Candidate form is **shared shell form** (visual/QA), not a pixel clone of each live page’s Elementor form widget instance — intentional for mount stability; Lishay routing validated on **live 2557**, not by sending from candidate.
2. Drive API share-link tooling not authenticated in this environment — evidence mirrored to **public WP uploads** (links above) + Google Drive sync folder for the project.
3. Shell CSS still one bundled file with body component rules; logical separation documented in `27_SHELL_CSS_SPLIT.md` — full file split deferred to avoid @import regression (Wave1 lesson).
4. Homepage redesign out of scope; rejected plant mockup stands.
